Rules & structure
Here's everything you need to know!
9 overs each (standard 6x ball overs)
How many wickets fall is irrelevant – the opening batsmen will return to the crease if all out, and this will continue until all 9 overs have been bowled
Each member of the team – less the keeper - bowls one of the 9 overs
If anyone is unable / unfit to bowl, the captain can choose another bowler to bowl 2 overs max per game.
Similarly, the keeper can bowl one over (and be temporarily replaced)
Wides, Throwing & No Balls = 2 runs (not additional deliveries)
No (deliberate) throwing = 2 run penalty (as per wides); under-arm permitted
A team’s batting order is to be submitted to the scorer before the 1st game
This order is then reversed for that team’s 2nd game i.e. batsman #1 in the first game will become Batsmen #10 in the second game
1st ball free hit, retire at 12, no LBW
